The black does not hold up well even with hand washing

Very dissapointing in the quality of the tumbler. We aways hand washed. But it cannot be in the soapy sink water with any implements (silverware, knives, other similar, but different branded styles) once the black starts to come off - it seems to come off at a faster rate, sadly.

Lid design makes it unusable.

Getting the lid on and off is impossible. I can only use it an open mouth tumbler. Very disappointed.
