Teal Tuesday Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of 5&2 Studios, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 25th, at 4:00 PM EST and ends on November 25th at 11:59 PM EST (the "Sweepstakes Period").

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, you must attend the Teal Tuesday Livestream (the “Livestream”) event hosted by 5&2 Studios, Inc. during the Sweepstakes Period and complete one or more of the following activities:

a) Comment during the Livestream;

b) Participate in the Count The Sheep Game during the Livestream; OR

c) Play Trivia during the Livestream;

Each qualifying activity constitutes one (1) entry. You may enter multiple times by completing different activities, but limit one (1) entry per activity type per person. Multiple entries of the same activity type will be disqualified.

4. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded:

  • ChosenCon Tickets (Experience Level) - Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $499.00

  • The Chosen Adventures Subscription Club Box Set - ARV: $119.97

  • The Chosen Nativity Set - ARV: $249.99

  • The Chosen Christmas Shadow Box - ARV: $49.99

  • Various Apparel Items - ARV: $10.00 - $50.00 each

  • The Chosen Adventures DVD - ARV: $14.99

  • The Chosen Adventures Album CD - ARV: $14.99

  • The Chosen Adventures Plushies - ARV: $29.99

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $4900. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. ChosenCon tickets are subject to the event terms and conditions and availability.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 25th by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by direct message on their social platform within approximately two weeks after the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

7. PRIZE CLAIM

Except where prohibited, potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners of ChosenCon tickets must provide valid identification and contact information for ticket fulfillment.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, engages in disruptive behavior during the Livestream, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. LIVESTREAM PARTICIPATION

Participation in Livestream activities (commenting, games, trivia) is subject to the platform's terms of service and community guidelines. Inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Technical difficulties or interruptions in the Livestream service do not extend the Sweepstakes Period or create additional entry opportunities.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and Livestream platform providers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to technical failures, Livestream interruptions, or ChosenCon event changes.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
